Strengthening the legal foundations of international relations and enhancing the global role of BRICS, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), and other international organizations are among the national interests, strategic goals, and priority directions of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation and its partner states.
The Master's program «Master in International, Eurasian, and BRICS Law» offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of international legal regulation, integration processes, and intergovernmental cooperation on the global arena. Graduates of the program will become highly competitive specialists capable of addressing complex legal challenges in international and national legal orders.
The curriculum and teaching methods are designed to provide an in-depth study of the theory and practice of regulating international public and private relations, Eurasian integration processes, as well as the specific features of the legal systems of BRICS countries and their cooperation. The program combines academic traditions with a practical approach, enabling students to develop legal solutions for current international and cross-border challenges.
The program places a strong emphasis on developing analytical and practical skills essential for participation in international negotiations, drafting international treaties and contracts, working in integration organizations, international courts, and arbitration institutions, as well as providing legal consulting on cross-border law and investment issues.
